New Holland backhoe loader B100B

I bought the above loader 30 months ago and, after the first 50 working hours the backhoe turning toer P/N 87575394 got cracked
The dealer welded this high cost part but now, after 3000 wh it got cracked again
I would like to know if someone has the same bad experience and to solve this problem in order to avoid more break downs
I did not agree to weld this kind of material but they insisted to to it.Thanks to all that could help me
