LS MT125
I just ordered an LS MT125 for use around the house and grounds......anybody put a small grapple on one yet? Looking forward to talking to you all about this experience.

Welcome to TBN and the forum. Nice looking tractor. Congratulations - the waiting period has begun. Time now to ponder added implements.

To the TBN forum Wnenn. We are glad that you joined.

Congrats on the new tractor. When It arrives, take it easy at first until you get a good feeling for how it operates.

Welcome to the forums! I have not heard of anyone putting on a grapple, Yet... It would not be difficult, just finding the correct size is important. Adding a tooth bar or a piranha bar is a great add on, improves digoing dramatically.

Does the bucket have a quick attach?
Everything Attachments makes a nice grapple, my tractor has a bolt on bucket so I went with a bolt-on grapple.

Welcome,
You'll find several folks with the smaller tractors on here. They are all helpful. I'd second the everything attachments recommendation. I've not bought from them yet but I will when I get ready for more implements. I started looking at the 125 but quickly found out it was just too small for my needs. Anyway welcome and keep in mind that what works on one tractor will probably work on another of similar size.

Welcome to the forum! :welcome:

I have not put a grapple or quick attach on mine, and have not seen anyone else report doing so in the MT125.

I have the same model i am looking at installing a thumb on the backhoe. the mt125 is a good machine all around and you can get it into tight spots , it also has plenty of digging power.

I too have been considering a thumb. LS did not include the mounting tabs like some other SCUT BH's. I have found the clamp on ones online for about $165. I just can't bring myself to have any welding done on a new machine, plus then trying to match the paint. If you get one, make sure to post some pics.

yeah im with ya i dont feel comfortable welding on a new stick, i prefer bolt on too , i have found an ebay store that has them, and gave me the dimensions/ drawings but it appears we 125 owners would have to do some shimming to make it fit.

Probably the same one I was looking at. To me, shimming would be worth it vs welding.
