John Deere 3320
Hey guys just signing up an account to say hi.
I've been looking at CUT's for a while now and finally settled on the 2520.
I was looking for for something to replace my smaller lawn mowers and my larger John Deere 70 with a loader the 2520 seems like it's going to be a perfect inbetween
Going to use it for a loader/mowing machine.
I have 5 acers with a young grove so a lot of the land is grass.
I attached a few pictures. it got off the truck about 10 minutes before i took the pictures doesn't get any newer then that. ha-ha
Today and Tomorrow they will be installing my loader and mower deck.

Welcome to TBN! Your tractor looks great! Make sure it has the new style 3pt hitch arms... now is a good time to check.

Raptor,

Welcome aboard. There's nothing like that new tractor smell. I have about 40 hours on my 2520 with no problems so far, and it has done all I've asked of it. In short, it's a typical JD product. It will be good to see some pics from when you get her home.

Thanks for hte warm welcome everyone.
I can't wait to get it home.
It's taking all my will power to not call the dealer today and hurry them along. trying to be nice and give them till noon tomorrow before I call and ask if my tractor is done yet.

How can i tell if it has the updated 3 point arms?
it there a serial number on them i can use to verify?

Spread the draft arms until they are as wide as a standard Cat1 implement, or mount an implement, and check for rear tire clearance. If the arms rub, or are very close to rubbing the tires, especially when raised, you have the old ones. JD just came out with a different style, but early reports are that they will cost upwards of $600 if they don't come with the tractor. See what your dealer says, or have him look it up to be sure........ Good reason to go look at your tractor again anyway.

Look in the JD buying / pricing forum for "here's your 2720 pictures", and you will see a clear picture of the new 3pt arms.

Welcome to TBN! Great place - great people - lousy coffee! :D

Good advice to check out the 3pt. draft arms. You should be in a good position to negotiate for the redesigned arms (if you've got the old ones) before you take delivery.

And you might need to get some additional ballast for your FEL if you're gonna be towin' that grain wagon very far....;)
