I just bought a used jd970 with a 8b backhoe that needs a little repair. ( bent boom ). I've had a lot of welding experience and sort of mechanically inclined .I joined this forum in case I need help putting it all back together. If anyone has a pdf parts manual for the 8b backhoe, that would sure help. I know I will take a lot of pics before I disassemble it so I know how it goes back together, but, you never know. It also has a bent cylinder that has to be straightened, first time I'm gonna try that to.
