"Since my last visit" automatically went to first unread post. "New posts" seems to go to very first post of thread. I'll have to try another thread but maybe clicking on New posts and then go to "first unread" works.

A two step process to replace a one step process is not progress.

Click on the little blue arrow button ( ) to go to the first unread post. See attached:

Like anything else, it takes getting use to. It is most definitely better than the previous long white space at the top. I am still having difficulty with the Spell Check icon.

This is an issue with the "My Home" and "subscriptions" listing as well. When I click on a thread link it goes to the first post on the first page instead of the first unread post (like it used to). Are you changing the behavior of these links? I liked the old behavior better, as I click on the link to read the new posts way more often than I click the link to read it all over again.

Currently there is no method to go to the first unread post without clicking into the thread, then clicking "first unread", which is two clicks, two page displays and just plain irritating. Not to mention "first unread" seemed to do nothing even when I did click it. It just refreshed the page and removed the "first unread" button, even though the first unread was on page two, not the page I was on (page one).

I hope you reconsider this and change it back to the old behavior.

First of all, I'm not a big "poster", i'm a "searcher". before, if i searched for pole barn in the title, i got all threads wth both words in the title. Now i get all threads with pole in the title and threads that have barn in the title:confused3:

For specific titles, you can go to the search page and select the search criteria to find titles only. Then it will find threads with pole and barn in the title. If you use the search box, it will search the entire thread.

Same here. Don't find anything 'better' than it was before.

Actually it's worse. Much harder for these old eyes to read. Oh well.

Did you check one of the boxes labeled "Search Types"? If not, I would be surprised if you got any results.
