Just picked up a 30" ExMark commerical mower- love it so far- handles and acts like a 21" but mows 30" at a time. I like it better than 36" Exmark metro. Toro also makes the same machine with a couple of changes and Toro on it instead of ExMark- Toro also makes a homeowner version but it had too much plastic on it and I felt like resale would be better with the commercial unit.
