New CK3510SE-HC

The box blade finally came in from woods and I got it picked up yesterday morning. Next step is to put the hydraulic top link on and put it to work.

Tractor supply site is acting up, but, look for cylinder 6003

I got the TSC 6003 top link and 67852 hose kit, I used a 10% coupon that expired a few months ago and it took it fine. Came out to $302 with tax and delivery and as delivered 3 days after ordering, I've noticed that when they are out of stock the entire listing disappears from the site. I flipped the entire check valve and tube assembly to the implement end since it seems like it would have hit the fuel tank in the direction it came, I also turned the block to the side to help with hose routing. I'm hoping to get it installed and tested tonight, will post some pictures when it's set.

Yeah thanks midnite, I did buy the 6003 from surplus center already ($50 cheaper than tractor supply) but just waiting on the backorder. They seem to think it will arrive/ship in another couple days.

Wow. I just looked again and *every place* is out of the 6003 all of a sudden.. Tractor Supply just had some 3 days ago.

Even with the thing flipped it is a bit too close for comfort, as long as it is not retracted more than it is that is the clearance with the 3pt all the way up. I think I may try flipping the entire link so the hoses are on the bottom.

Thanks a lot! So, the hoses can't go to the sides, eh? It does kinda seem like they would be better on the bottom side of the cylinder. Then again, if it doesn't hit the fuel tank as-is, why worry? If they were flipped to the bottom side, do you think you could still use the flimsy little support rod to hold the top link up, if you didn't have anything attached to the 3-pt?

Finally, is there any reason to choose remote A vs remote B for using the top link? I'm not knowledgeable on how the ck3510se factory remotes are set up, or if they are at all different in operation.

Only top or bottom for hoses on that since one side is "fixed". The one we all want is the fitrite and I believe the hoses are on the side looking at the pictures. I'm not sure that support rod will help much either way as the hydraulic top link is much thicker, I will probably just put a bungee around it if I need to. I'm not sure if hoses down will be in the way of the pto but since the only pto implement I have so far is the flail and I would have to put the manual top link back on for that as it needs both pairs of remotes it won't be an issue for now. Still debating about getting the summit hydraulic multiplier or even a diverter to try and have 3 ports in the end.

The left port there is the "detent" port, I find that it has a bit smoother control as you can slightly open the valve and let it move slowly. The other port is a standard spring center and without getting a restriction valve or something like that is pretty jerky.

Thanks again! Right now my backhoe is the left port, so I thought I would use the other one for the top link, assuming (hoping?) I can leave it installed during backhoe use. But if it's herky jerky with the spring-center, I might rethink that and just swap the top link in/out whenever the backhoe comes on or off.

I flipped the top link over and the clearance is much better, also rotated the hoses to come out the side more. Now no matter if it's fully extended in or out with the 3pt fully up or down nothing comes close to touching. Also it isn't anywhere near the pto as a bonus.

Put some .030 flow restrictors in and the jerkiness will go away.

My CK3510 SE w/cab was delivered last week. My buying experience was great, easy, efficient and the tractor arrived about 24 hours after they received the cash payment. Since I paid cash, I did receive the $2k discount. It seems the base price, before discounts, was about the same as what Zeppelin paid. Mine also had the R14s on it stock and I chose to keep them. I had a hydraulic top lift installed by the dealer and they initially told me it might be a week before they could get to it because of the harvest time work load but they managed to get it that same morning. I wish I had followed Zeppelin's lead and had the additional rear hydraulics installed at the same time but I did not even think of it since I just asked for what I needed to work my fields as I have been with my old Kubota.

Sadly, the tractor ran to be removed from the trailer to my driveway. I was able to restart it and get it to my back yard. Now, it will not run more than 30 seconds and gives me error codes. I have emailed the dealer since they are too far to visit. At this moment I am very disappointed because I cannot even get it onto a trailer to take to the closest Kioti dealer (about 300 miles). There also seems to be no guides to the Kioti error codes so I have to wait for the dealer to tell me what they mean and if it is something I can fix or if I will have to hire a tow truck....

I understand you are probably frustrated right now. Why not start a new thread about your issue and let some of the many knowledgeable people on this site help you get it going again.

Deezler, it ran long enough to back off of the delivery trailer and that is it. It arrived with 1.6 hours. It has 2.1 now but all of those are just trying to get it to run. The longest I have managed to have it run is about 1 minute and then it died. That is the record. Very sad!

The dealer distance was really the only thing I was worried about when picking kioti. I had a bit of a scare last week, came out the day after breaking in the box blade and there was a puddle under the front axle. I felt around under it and couldn't find anywhere wet, checked all the fluids and everything was ok. After using it that day I cleaned everything off and parked in a different spot, next day a small puddle but this time I saw from where. Gave all the hose clamps that I could get to a turn and it seems to be all good now, coolant is on the mark.
