New BX23

I am going to trade my BX2200 on a new BX23. What do you guys think is a fair price for my BX? It has 340hrs, 60in deck and loader. The dealer is coming tomorrow to look at it. Thanks.

Keep the 60" deck. What he will give you for it, isn't worth trading in and buying new. What is the differance between a new 60" deck and your old 60" deck? Probably $750 more in your pocket! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I agree with Junkman...keep the 60" deck. That's what I did when I traded in my BX-2200 for a BX-22 about a year and a half ago. At that time, I got $7500 in trade for the BX-2200 with the FEL with just shy of 200 hours on it...which was a grand more than another local K dealer offered me for it. So I got both a new machine and a new dealer all in one nice, clean transaction.

I traded my BX2200 last year for a BX23. I had about 100 hours on the tractor and it was very clean. I kept the snowblower and mower deck from my old tractor. I traded the BX2200 and FEL and I got $8500 for my old tractor.
