New Boom Needed for BX loader

My 2660 got away from me. When it stopped it buckled one of the main arms on the Front end loader. Kubota wants $2000 for just the boom, which is really all I need as the bucket, the cylinder and everything is ok. Anyone know of someone else who may have also experienced a crash and possible has a boom that is in good shape?

Take the boom to an automotive frame straightener. Between them and a welder, you ought to be able to fix it - which is said without seeing a picture showing the extent of the damage.

Start calling tractor wreckers or look for a used machine with a blown engine/tranny

Aside from getting someone to straighten the boom arms, you might also at some point want to get someone to verify the cylinder rods are not bent.

I would likeky make that step two though after seeing how things worked out with the straightened/replaced arms.
