New B2910

I just wanted to thank all of you for the help and advice I received (mostly by lurking) during the past few months while tractor shopping.

Our new B2910 w/ Loader, 60" MMM, and Befco Mule Post Hole Digger is being delivered on Monday or Tuesday next week.

Lots of new things happening here with the formation of our first company, and purchase of our first new tractor.

Hopefully with a little luck by this time next year we'll be planting our first grapevines!!

I'm sure you will enjoy your 2910. I have owned one for about 6 months and really appreciate its capabilities. In fact, it's so effective, I don't get nearly enough seat time, everything gets done so quickly! With your vineyard, that likely won't happen . . . I'm jealous /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

You guys sure are right about the waiting time being the most difficult part of buying a new tractor!

Delivery is set for Tuesday afternoon , way too much time from now! I guess it gives me more time to clean out the barn.

Wife goes on daylong business trip wednesday...

I hope wednesday's weather holds up for some hands on training!

Hi All,

Well, what I've ben waiting for for over 1 week finally arrived yesterday AM !

The new Kubota baseball hat fits perfectly and looks great with the Orange on Black lettering !

Oh, they also threw in a B2910 with a whopping 0000.3 hours on her. LA402 Loader with Chain hooks and Tooth Bar. 60" Kubota MMM. Befco MULE2 PHD with 12" auger.

Still waiting on the Service Manual and Parts manual (back ordered). Everything totalled $19695.

The dealer rep who sold me the unit was also the guy delivering it to me. He was very thorough in the "Groundschool" department and covered everything. We bought through Newark (DE) Kubota, also known as Burke Equipment. First class outfit.

This is my first HST 4WD and Power Steering machine and man is it great! The FEL is also a first for me and I think it is the best invention since Peanut Butter and Jelly !!

Didn't get much stick time yesterday (other pressing chores ( ). Looking forward to getting it dirty this week though. I have a feeling I'll be washing and waxing her after every use!

Don't mean to brag or gloat, but this is a first for us and it really symbolizes the start of our Vineyard biz.

The trick now is to get in some seat time before I leave for groundschool training next week. Going from Boeing 767 to the New Airbus series. Part of my 911 restructuring. From what I understand it's going to be like going from straight gears to high power HST !

I will try and post some photos once I get them. I still use the old fashioned filim camera.
