New (and first time) Tractor Owner

Greetings to all,
I'm in the process of buying a new Kubota BX1860 with FEL and a Land Pride FDR1648 finish mower. I have three and a half acres in the Piedmont region of North Carolina; the 1860 will be used mainly for mowing/landscaping and general work around the property. I've lurked here for some time and have learned this is a forum worth joining (I rarely, if ever, join internet forums).
