New 4410 not ready

What a bummer, my new 4410 was not ready for delivery today as I had hoped. Yesterday the salesman said he was waiting for the 48 backhoe frame and hd 18" bucket that had to be ordered. This morning I stopped by and noticed the two parts on pallets beside his building. When I found the salesman he said they still hadn't arrived. I showed him the parts and he was going to try to finish up today. I'll bet the parts have been there for days! Looks like Monday will be the big day. Can you guys tell me how easily the hoe goes on and off?

I've been privy of the 'tug-o-war' that goes on between the salesmen promises and the service dept. that doesn't want their tail wagged by a salesman. They seem to forget that they are really working for the same outfit. But then, the salesman doesn't seem to understand that the service dept. has a schedule of work and their own promises to customers to get repair work done. Gather it is the same or similar with most dealers, including those other than tractor dealers.
I am into a similar wait for parts now and getting the different opinions of sales, parts, and service. Each have their own venue and their own 'responsibilities'.

The wait for new things is more exciting and anxious for you than those working on them daily. Hope your wait isn't too long, and that you will enjoy it when it 'finally' arrives. It'll be a loooong weekend though, I am sure.
