Quick Update
The tractor returned a week ago but I wanted to run it a bit to see what happened. I've run it about 20 hours since it returned.
There have been no issues with the pto operation what so ever, it seems to work fine now.
There have been no issues with the transmission shifting delays or staying in forward, except it did lockup a few times when using the loader into the manure pile(concrete floor) while loading. I think this might be related to another self protection mode of the CVT Transmission (the NH Service Rep talked to me about) and 4x4, as it only happens when in 4x4 and on the concrete pad going into the pile to hard. If I use down pressure on the loader and lift the front end off the ground then shift from forward to reverse it releases. I'm curious as to what will happen when frost is out and I use it in the sand pit.
The power steering works ok until after it is run over an hour or so and the oil has heated up, then the gurgling /cavitation noise and steering stalling returns, even at 1500 rpm. The dealer had me check for loose suction lines to the pump and I found a few (possibly pulling air into the system???) and loose bolts on the power steering pump. That has seemed to help but I need to run it more after tightening them to know for sure.
I don't have the paperwork yet but they told me they replaced the Trans control unit, the key switch, two solenoids and the power steering (box/motor??), along with over filling trans with 3 gallons of Hydraulic oil (this was from the NH Service Rep).
I'll post back after I run it some more, right now I have to go get rid of more of that white stuff:thumbdown: I thought it was spring???
