Not sure what creature comforts you're looking for but my 2502 is very comfortable and the suspension seat works really well. I can't think of anything I am missing or would want extra for it.
Didn't realize that, maybe I was looking at the 2501?

What are you looking to do?

You can get quite the large 25 horsepower tractor these days, including the TYM 2515H, Kioti CK2620, Kubota L2502, LS MT226HE, Mahindra 2126, John Deere 3025E, Bobcat CT2025, Bad Boy 4025, and New Holland Workmaster 25.

Lord knows I am missing something, but these are all the large frame 25 horsepower tractors I can remember.

[EDIT]: I forgot Massey Ferguson. It was the 1825E, but it's got a new name after an update. Oh, and the Yanmar SA425!

Big part of the decision is; do you want a 25hp, Large subcompact (Rk25, TYM T25, Solaris, Massey 1526, Kioti Ck2510) or a small compact (Tym 2515, Kioti ck2620, Kubota L2502, Massey 1M25, Massey 1E25).

If you decide on the big subcompact, look into the Massey 1526

If you decide on the small compact; I do like my Kioti, but the TYM 2515 was a close runner-up. If I had more money, I would have gone with a Massey 1840M (now a Massey 1M40)
Yeah, I prefer the larger frame and tires of the bigger 25s. I thought about a 30-35 hp, but I almost get by with the 15hp I have now. For bigger stuff I have a JD 510C L/B, it just doesn't fit in tight places. My initial primary requirement was a 1k+ FEL & 3pt lift, and want to stay under 60" wide.
I will definitely review your "Full figured 25 hp tractor" posts.

So, in that group, make sure you're looking apples to apples. JD, Massey, and im sure others, have a similar name, similar size, premium and economy line, that are actually different machines. So, Massey 1M vs 1E; they both offer around 30-40hp, similar size; but they are unrelated machines; JD E vs R I think is their name convention; I "think" thats the Kubota L vs LX?

Meaning, dont look at the price of a 1E40 if your thinking you want a 1M40; or a 5075E vs 5075R (yeah, I know, we arent in that weight class; but I dont know the name conventions with the JD2 and JD3 series)

The JD 2025R is basically just a slightly bigger 1025R with bigger tires, similar to the Kubota B2602 is a "Big BX2680" with bigger tires ... The JD 3025 & Kubota L2502 are more of the "economy" tractor lines, while a Huge step up in creature comforts and accessories from 20 years ago the more deluxe versions are the JD "R" and Kubota "Grand L"

Premium features cost money!

I have the premium "M" version of the Massey Ferguson GC series, to be honest for me the only thing I "use" is the seat, which really isn't anything to brag about! But it's a reliable little tractor, Got well over 700 hours on it in 3.5 years!

My Kubota Grand L has features I also don't use, but has a much more comfortable seat!

My John Deere is a "M" which is half way between there "E" & "R" series ... I like it!

My concern with buying a tractor brand that doesn't have a dedicated shop is, how serious are they about staying in business? Will they switch brands next month/year, sure you may be able to buy parts online, but ... What if the manufacturer cuts that line in 3 years, will they still support parts for it?

I'm confident based on past history that I could walk into a John Deere, Kubota, or Massey Ferguson dealer in 20 years and still get parts for my machines, do you think some of these "start ups" will still be there for you in 20 years?

So, this is a very regional thing, but around me, Mahindra always has a dealer within 30-45 miles; BUT, it seems to be a different one every couple years. One will start up, and close down, another one will start and then close down.

LS has had a couple, and there is still one within an hour.

Kioti/TYM/Massey/JD/Kubota, you can go 45 miles N, S, E, or W, and probably hit 2 dealers.

My Massey Ferguson dealer* has been in business for since 1939, not sure when they also took on Mahindra ... But since I moved here 4 years ago he has carried both lines of red tractors.

*Massey Ferguson didn't start calling there tractors that until 1958 after the merger, but he and his father before him were in the tractor business since 1939, I know I've seen an old Allis Chalmers sign down there ...

My "fourth Kubota" ended up being a Kioti CK2620.

No regrets whatsoever, especially after having saved about $14K. That was with a backhoe, so the savings would likely be smaller without one.

Helm, I see you are over on the west coast, but I have had good luck with Black Creek tractor, but down towards you, Ocala Tractor, and the Crystal tractor chains are worth a look.
