neutral start switch location JD 3320?

I'm looking for the neutral start switch location on a JD 3320 tractor. Can anybody help?

Guess the first question is are you planning on disconnecting the safety feature of transmission being in netural berfore starting.
If so need to meet the neighbor who did and he had trouble starting his tractor so got off and standing beside the engine and shorted the starter to force engagerment and it started and ran over him across the chest. then continued to travel forward until running into a vehicle to finally stop.
I have a 4520 J.D. and where the clutch foot pedal is connected to a shaft going into the clutch housing. under the floor plate. there is a connector and if disconnected the tractor starter and fuel pump will not engage.
