Price Check Need Your Help on Price

I need help on what the going price should be for a 870 John Deer. I'm not sure of the age but has 700 hours. Has a 80? loader. Looks in good shape but has been used. I want to use it in landscaping. I will be buying a 60 inch tiller, and a box grader. Is this a good tractor and will it serve me ok. Any tips or advise will be appreciated. Thanks
