Need to replace hydraulic line but the connection won't budge

Put on two wrenches with about a 45-degree angle between them. Then add a couple of loops of paracord between the off ends, stick another shorter wrench into the loops and tighten it up.

Kind of like this except with smaller wrenches:

Thanks for the advice. I haven't had a chance to get to it yet. I'll post here with what does or doesn't do the trick.

Something I have learned from C&C Equipment web site after watching him work on dozers, is that vibration works well on a stuck fitting. He uses an air hammer but I'm sure a few good hits with a hammer will help. I tried the air hammer and it works great. I was working on had lines also.
Along the same line, I have watched Youtuber Mike of the Captain Kleeman channel use his SDS rotohammer set to hammer only to do the same thing. He cut off a worn out rotohammer bit as the hammering bit.

I tried it with my old rotohammer one time, but it is so old, the hammer only function does not work.

As was mentioned, position the wrenches where you can do the "squeeze" on them. The hammer trick with a hammer placed on one side and striking the fitting on the opposite side with a second hammer is also effective. This falls under the "work smarter not harder" category.

Yep not too many times the double hammer and two wrench squeeze doesn’t easily make them give up.
I’ve used same technique on many a water pipe also

To clarify my earlier post: You put on the wrenches, then tension up the cord between them, until something breaks. In the photo, note that there is a ratchet strap, and it is used to apply force on the wrench ends. Two combination wrenches with the open ends on the fittings, and something to pull tension through the box ends. Smaller wrenches I use, a turn buckle with two hook ends. Really small I go to a couple of loops of paracord, with a small stick or extension to twist them and pull tension.
