Tires Need Tires

My uncle has a Hinomoto E14 I think and the front tire blew out from dry rot. He is looking for a new set of front tires but nobody around where we live has them. Does anyone know of an online place that won't break the bank? The size he gave me is 4.00 X 12 and they are the ag tires with the real long cleats. Any help is appreciated.

Probably a Brisgestone or Ohtsu tire. Should not be to hard to find. Good luck.

Give Yinglings at Gettysburg PA a call 717 589 4848 he has several of those for parts and will sell you a tire and rim reasonable I'm sure for alot less than a new tire.
