Price Check Need some pricing help

Long story short, I have a 2012 Kubota M7040. It’s been out in the elements. Starts and runs fine. Paints faded. 197.9 hours. Neighbor wants to buy it. Offered $15k. I hadn’t even thought about a price, but that seems pretty low. What do yall think the value is? Thanks in advance. It has a loader, box blade.

Much to low. Google your machine and look at the prices. With those few hours, your machine is practically brand new.
