My 02 4300 HST died and won稚 start. Several years ago I had an issue where it would die when I got off the seat and then not re start. If I would jiggle the pedals a little it would start. Investigation revealed that the microswitch that was depressed by a small roller up in the flywheel housing wasn稚 fully depressing unless the pedals were in perfect position. I took a thin sticky felt 澱utton and stuck it on the tip of the switch (as a spacer) and problem solved... for years.
Well problem repeated itself and I climbed under the tractor to see that the microswitch has just fell apart. The tip is gone and the switch / spring is exposed.
I know the part is call the transmission neutral safety switch (specific for HST) but for the life of me can稚 find the part on a diagram.
Any help would be appreciated.
