need help with c27

i was useing my tractor to clear under brush ,tractor was running fine. we had a cold spell and ever scence tractor will start but it idels like its only running on one cylinder.its full of fuel treated for winter use. i bought tractor new it has never ran out of fuel.it has 98 hrs on meter. after starting giving it more throttle maakes no difference in engine rpm. any advice is appreciated

Kinda sounds like an injector pump. Does the throttle feel like it always has? Does it do it after it warms up? First do the basics. Check for fuel leak. Replace fuel filter. Replace the fuel with winter blend. Bleed the fuel line (just in case).
