Need Help With a FORD SELECT O SPEED

I Picked Up a 1958 FORD Select O Speed Model 981 High Crop that has a stuck Trani and need Help. I have been on all the other FORD Sites but have had no luck and Hope someone here can point me in the right direction. I Beliebve I have Narrowed down the Problem (I HOPE) to a Blown O Ring in the Feed Tube that goes into the Valve body in back. My Main Question is, Do I Have to Split the tractor just to put a new O Ring on there or is there another way??? The Pump is Definitely Working, Tube is Leaking and No Pressure is reaching the Valves.
