Need Help Replacing Broken RTV 1100 Window

Sure enough I started my lawn mower near my RTV 1100 and shot a rock through the window. Yay! I bought the window from Kubota $134, not bad. I need help on figuring out how to install it. It is a 2008 model with the full, non sliding glass. There is a rubber gasket that the glass fits into and then fits onto the door. I am also trying to get a Work Shop manual, there seems to be a million "free" downloads but I am skeptical.

From what I have seen years ago, you put the gasket in the frame. Push a small rope <1/4" in the slot where the window goes. Start rope on either side at bottom then go around window so the rope will be in both sides & the top, not the bottom. Set the window in the bottom slot & push against gasket while pulling rope. This will allow one lip of the gasket to open to accept the glass. Make sure you keep pushing so glass will slide into the slot.

Agreed...I'd also add a helper to keep constant outside pressure on the glass. A little soapy water in the rubber channel might help with seating the window.
