Need help finding bits for FM5500 auger...

I have a Greenline FM5500 auger and need a 14" bit and an extension. Northern Tool sells the 12", but not the 14" or the extension. The part number for the 14" bit is A5650-14 and the extension is 40-6014. I sent an email to Greenline, but thought maybe one of you guys may know where to get them...
