I tried searching, but so far my efforts have not been fruitful. I have some Fabco series 23 shanks, teeth and flexpins. The flex pins are the two pieces of metal joined by a thick neoprene center piece. I cannot for the life of me get these things to go in the holes when the teeth are on the shanks.

Can anyone please give me a tip of how you did it....

Have you tried to grind a bevel on each side of the pin on one end?

Or

Maybe grip the pin toward one end with a pair of Vise Grips and "Squeeze" the Neoprene together while driving the pin.

I squeezed them with vicegrips ,slightly offset from center, and then pounded them in with a 2 lb hammer.
Worked for me.
Good luck!

I was able to finally bash one in last night. I guess I had just figured there was abetter way than using a BFH. I can see no other way though so I'm going to stick with that method....I finally found a picture of an installation tool for them last night, which was just a piece of metal to drive the pins with if your hammer would'nt fit between the teeth
