need advice on welding shield

I just made the switch to a Lincoln Viking shield. I have had no problems except you have to order your outer lens. Lowes nor Home Depot that I have found carries them. Every now and then when I am trying to tac somthing and holding it standing up I can't really see it looking down because the shield does not give me that much of a view. But it gets the job done and is very reliable. But all of my co workers have used and still are currently using a Jackson. Heard nothing but great things about them. Also depending on what you do I bought me a kobalt cheap hood just for around the home repairs. Great hood but would not recommend it for a every day use.
