The last college kid that came here to sell books was invited to my deck to have a cold drink. Turns out he was an aeronautical engineering student from out west trying to pay for his next year's tuition. I bought nothing from him, but probably brightened his day a bit anyway.

At my remote mountain place we have about a half mile shared private drive posted with "Private Drive/No Outlet" and then when entering my parcel there are "No Trespassing" signs....and still have had people come right by them, obviously thinking it didn't apply to them for some reason.
