Without a lot of thought, it almost seems like an inclined plate could be welded between two scarifiers with the rear end of the plate resting on the cutting blade.

Or just add wing extensions on a sub spoiler to push the dirt farther away.

And you've just invented an old V ditcher plow. 3 point v ditcher - Google Search if the link works. I see them a bit on Craigslist & at auctions, but never new. I expect they require a pretty decent machine to pull them. You also end up building berms on each side of your ditch. I suppose that's good for some use cases.

The more modern version seems to be a paddle or drum you spin & just flings the dirt off to one side to create your ditch.
