Mystery Dumping Lawn Tractor Wagon

Hi All, 1st post here. I Have an old dumping wagon that I got about 20 years ago with a used Deere 314.. I am trying to figure out who made this thing. I can't find any like it on the web and it has no markings on it. It seems well built and has a very complex dumping mechanism. The lever locks the rear wheels and releases the tailgate and the tongue telescopes and it dumps as you drive the tractor fwd/rev automatically. It was left outside far too long by me and some parts now are frozen and ruined.. I doubt I can get parts for it but still would like to know who made the thing!
