My TC - 29 sparked and then went dark....no start ??

Thanks for your help...I'm glad too...when it's electrical I always have visions of what the dealer will charge to fix it...

Bob, I posted my last post without seeing you had this fixed. Sorry, I didn't mean to have you fixing something that you'd already discovered. I don't know how I didn't see your 'fixed post' before posting. Good job! Now you why we all emphatically suggest battery cables and clean connections. I've chased my tail around terminal problems more than I care to admit.

did u try to whiggle the positive wire to see if the lights on dash would come back on.... i just had same problem with mine

Yes, that was the problem...it was dirty as Jim said and once cleaned and tightened it was fine and started right up...What was deceiving to me ...the posts were all clean, I had replaced the batter a few months ago...there was no corrosion...it was on the inside of the cable...just so others know who may not already know...Hope yours is running good now.
