After wiping some more out, it's full of "sludge" or rust/dirt particles. Just smells like dirty water!

Looks like oil mixed with water, I hope not. If you have no bubbles and level is being maintained I would try flushing to see if it clears up but I do have doubts. Can't imagine that kind of crud being in your system with a new radiator and water pump.

What's the best way to flush this thing now with the water pump on there?

Winston that was my first thought too. Oil in the water. But it literally is not oily in the slightest bit. Wipes right off and leaves the paper towel looking "muddy.". Not a single trace of oil feel on your fingers. Not even the oily feel from antifreeze.

Also, again it was always super clean, even in the old radiator, before the water pump. Always.

Also, oil level has not changed. Nor has coolant level.

Flush until you get rid of it "or " until you can't get rid of it.

Haha alright I'll try flushing it a bunch tonight. The only reasons I really do not think it's oil is because there is no oily texture at all and it was always clean fluid before the first time running with the pump. Sorry if I'm redundant everyone, just coveraing all basis and giving as much info as I can for y'all's feedback.

Good news is it's not oil. But my driveway looks like I just washed a muddy four wheeler. I think I found out why it was overheating in the first place haha. ALL KINDS of crap coming out. Literally like freaking dirt! I keep flushing and then running it and then flushing. It's clearing up.
