Kubota B2620HST w/ FEL,
Greetings folks...

OK...so this is my first post and I am curious to see what a new B2620HST will cost? The Kubota price is $18,245...see below image of configuration...but I am not educated as to the margin on these tractors (for any manufacturer).

I have no real timeline for a purchase but rather am collecting information so I am armed with better data!!!

Thanks much, in advance...

Burgie

That's the way to do it. The more you research the better your choice is. Welcome to TBN. A good deal would be 15% off list.

In a nutshell, I have a little over 1/2 acre of land and I have totally renovated the property in front of the house. This has involved tons of manual labor removing all sod, regrading the property and xeriscaping. Time to do the sides and back and my friend is letting me use her B2320HST. Boy I love that little tractor and now want to get one. The initial purchase will be just the tractor, FEL and ballast box but afterwards I want to get a rototiller and box scraper. I will use those as negotiating tools to lower the cost of the tractor or give me a darn good discount on the implements and I'll buy them at the time of purchase ...

If you love the B2320 then you will love the B2620 as they are basically the same tractors. The 2620 has three more horsepower and twelve more foot-pounds of torque. It also has a stronger loader although the 2320 can be ordered with the same loader. As for pricing it varies with regions and definitely between countries.I just recently bought a B2620 with a FEL,weight box,and 54 inch mower deck.I live in Canada so we generally pay more than the US.My price was 19500 before trade in or taxes. You didn't mention a mower deck so you could take about 2500 off for that which would be 17000 for the package you are looking at.

Welcome! That 2620 is a neat little machine. Here's a suggestion to think about:

Many owners do not have a rear weight ballast box... they save the expense and simply use one of the attachments, typically a box blade, which you're planning to buy anyhow. It's reasonably heavy and tucks in behind the tractor pretty well. You can even hang extra weight on it if needed. We've done that with both of our tractors since the box blade is typically used for the same dirt moving the FEL is used for. Nothing wrong with a ballast box, but unless you need to work in really confined spaces, in many situations the box blade is a more functional substitute. And, since you undoubtedly see a snowflake or two out your way, putting the money a ballast box costs into a scraper blade would give a better snow moving setup than just the FEL and ballast box. The combination of box and scraper blades to go with the FEL will make your 2620 a very effective tool for moving dirt, driveway maintenance and snow removal. You'll want to add fluid in the rear tires, of course, for added traction.

forget the weight box, and just get the box blade and be ahead of the game. you will never look back, until your boxing your way to a level property

Welcome! Ditto on the box scraper and not the weight box.
