That's good you finally have your tractor back. Can you post some pictures of the new parts?

It was a complete new motor long block, turbo, computor and exhaust system. And the new update to the venting system. I will have to check at the dealer to know what the update was.

Poor guy, now you have go thru the break-in all over. I don't remember how many hours you had on your tractor, if in fact you stated, but a new engine might almost be worth it?

When your problem happened did you see something similar to this? It's my M135GX in early January. They replaced the turbo and DPF but the engine was knocking like it had no oil pressure at all by the time I got it shut down when it started smoking, lost power, and warning lights began flashing.

Well I check at the dealer to see what the update kit was that Kubotacame up with . It is a small canaster filter that is plumbed into the block venting system. Kubota's update was to rap it in a aluminiun rapper to radiate heat from the motor after it is running. I WOULD SAY MINE WAS BLOCKED WHEN IT START IT, BECAUSE IT HAPPENED IN THE FIRST 5 MIN FROM STARTING IT !! Just my experience with my issue was that the venting canister was freezen solid and blocked the venting system and caused the block to build pressure and push the engine oil up into the intake. My thinking is that the update will maybe help after the engine is warm and running in the cold climate to melt the moisture in the canister. In my opinion let it vent before the canister like in the old school motors !!! Let it breathe and pollute so it will survive !!!!

Maybe their thought is that the heat under day to day operation will evaporate the moisture so it does not build up to the point it could freeze and block venting in the first place.
