As far as i know all Kubota hydraulics are OC.

Yes, the rear remotes are OC.

Another thing to consider: Kubota OEM will not allow the first valve in the stack to be a float/detent type (the second and/or third can be). I don't know why but it may be germane to your plans.

Dont know their design of the valves? perhaps if the first one is in float, the others wont work????

I dont care if all 3 have float. I am simply using the place where the OEM valve attaches as a point of supply and return. What I do thereafter shouldnt matter.

Still trying to figure out this coupler thing.

What I think I need is 6 females ....with double acting sleeves. 1/2" coupler with 1/2" NPT threads

Parker 4250-4
Pioneer vp4200-4
Safeway S45-4 (s40-4 more common PN is for a "set")

Finding lots with the single acting sleeve (parker 4000, safeway S20, etc) for pretty good prices. Bout $10 for a set. But cannot seem to touch the double acting sleeve ones for much less than $30

looks like norther tool has the best pricing on the couplings I need. Also double breakaway mounts

http://northernhydraulics.net/index.php?l=search_list&s[title]=Y&s[short_desc]=Y&s[full_desc]=Y&s[sku]=Y&s[match]=all&s[cid]=0&s[search]=s40+series

Looks like with a tad bit of work, I can make the breakaway mount stack-able. But I may end up fabbing up something out of aluminum. I got some parts for some old guide-rod / slide type air cylinder that may be close already.

Hard to believe the coupling is cheaper than the bracket, given the complexity involved of making each part :confused2:

Ok, time for a little help here. I am sure many other Kubota models are the same as the valve is the for many models.

I took the cap off where the remote valves bolt to/stack up. Surprise...3 ports. The top larger one I assume is return to tank. And the bottom hole most rearward on the tractor....right lower on the pic of the cap, left lower on the shot of the tractor......is connected to the top (return?) Port. Is this little hole the supply?

There is a third port right beside it, slightly higher and just forward. The cap totally blocks this. What is this for?

Anyone know? Or does anyone have a shot of one of the OEM valves on the face that hooks to the tractor?

Seems I was overlooking a part in the drawing. Part 010 in the drawing Kubota MX51H (Hydrostatic Transmission) Parts Diagrams

Kubota part # TC250-96140........$300+

THIS is the part I want to make. Also looks like a piece of pipe that goes elsewhere for the return? Wish I could see all this stuff up close and in person to figure out just where stuff goes.....the flow path of the hydraulics, etc.

I can do without the tubes and fancy bracket that the above part # has. All I need is a simple manifold to adapt to the tractor. A simple pressure line, and return line. Couple of short hoses and tie into an aftermarket 3-spool valve. Just gotta figure out which is the pressure port I need.

As complicated as their part looks, with tubes and a separate pipe for return....it might just be easier to run PB off the darn loader:confused2:

Any specific reason you don't just use the PB hose that runs between your loader valve and the rear of the tractor, the a simple tee going into the tank return?

Don't know why but this isn't true for all models. I have 1 & 2 float, 3rd is DA. I could have gone all 3 float.

X2, was wondering same. LD1, you'll get much better valves going this route. I'm not overly impressed with OEM but my options with cab were limited.

For the connectors, not sure what kind of bracket OEM uses but it holds the connectors and as you pull it disconnects so one hand on and off and I'm sure it doubles as a safety release if your hose gets caught.
