Thomas, how about working 18 hours straight, just getting to bed for 4 hours sleep (before having to get up and go back at it) and getting a call saying your Dad's cows are out? You know he's not home, so you get up and go take care of it, only to find it is in the lower pasture where there is 2 feet of standing water from seasonal overflow (Oregon sunshine), 2 posts are down. Fix the posts, wire, and go to dry ground, cut the wire, drive cows back into pasture, splice the wire, and go home for 1 hours sleep.
Makes a person mumble things about their Dad and their Dad's cows, not to mention staying home and taking care of their OWN Cows!
