One tells there weather conditions in couple of sentences or not??

I think the Off Topic forum covers the weather nicely. Since we have single-level forums, I don't want to spread the topics too thin, meaning the more forums we add, the more you have to check to view the messages. New forums I like to add are ones that can fill a gap, and maybe encourage more conversation on a topic by bringing it to a new forum.

For now, I'd just keep the weather messages in the off topic forum.
