Certain versions of the MT3 hydrostatic transmission models, might be S-HST only, can get a new forward pedal under warranty. I guess it could catch on the cruise control magnet causing it to stick. The new pedal has a small tail on it so it cannot raise higher than the magnet.
My serial number was one of the MT3's that needed the update. The technician came out yesterday to do the update and also discovered my pedal height was not correct causing the forward pedal to hit the hydraulic line.
