MT2501FD--hydraulic issues

Hello all--I have a new to me Mitsubishi MT2501FD that I can't find any information on. My problem is the FEL will not raise unless the 3ph is in the full up position. The loader will not lower until the 3ph is also lowered.

Front mounted pump runs to a housing (diverter or proportional valve????) hydraulic hose out of the top to loader control valve hose out the bottom to the 3ph. The return hose runs to a similar but smaller housing with a hose out of it to the rearend--which I assume is the oil resubmit since the auction hose for the pump comes from close location.

I'm guessing this is an open center system???

Forgot to mention that with the 3ph raised the loader will raise regardless which way you activate the spool--so I'm thinking the loader control valve is bad and is applying pressure to both sides of the cylinder when the 3ph is raised.

The loader is probably made by V-tek. Do a search and you will find the contact info. It may not be the loader, but they may be able to help.
