My little blue tractor has had a quirk with her starter for a few years.
This time, I think it is toast. Light, click ... dead. Then no light, no click ... Paperweight.
I tried to take the solenoid off, to start with the most obvious (already did battery clamps) but it seems attached to the starter ... maybe????
My diesel mechanic got married this April, so he is otherwise occupied .... not to mention his Service Truck is down for servicing. Cobbler's Kids, ya know.
My NAPA is usually good to find the part I need, but the matriarch passed, so they are just lost.
There is a mechanic local that will coume out to the house, but I want to know what I am talking about before I get Mansplained and GoodOlBoyed.
