Traded my tym t25 in for a ls mt226he. Says its supposed to lift 1900lbs to half lift, bucket is 66in wide. I am assuming in the 8 cuft range. Yesturday i was cleaning up muck that i clean out from my pond, a nice mixture of wet clay and vegitation. There were times i had to back out of the pile as the loader wouldnt lift or curl. I know wet slop is heavery than dry dirt, but from what ive researched 8cuft of clay would be in the 800-1000lb range. Makes me wonder if the loader is over rated and or the relief is set too low

Sounds like you’re really pushing that LS MT226HE to its limits! Wet clay mixed with vegetation is definitely heavier than standard soil, so your loader’s struggles make sense. 8 cu ft of wet muck could easily approach or exceed 1000 lbs, especially if the bucket is fully loaded. It might not be overrated, just a tough load for half-lift capacity. Maybe check the relief settings and make sure they match the manufacturer specs.

Also, while taking a break from all that heavy lifting, I stumbled across a fun classic slot: NetEnt Gokkasten ᐈ Speel 117 Online Gokkasten — perfect way to unwind after a muddy day!

Water adds a lot of weight to material. I could be mistaken but your tractor likely is fine, you're just underestimating the load.

I’m very late to this clearly old post but my 226 will pick logs so heavy with rear ballast it will tip the tractor.
