Install a smaller driven pulley or a larger drive pulley.

From what I have seen laying on my back under my 2 mowers, there is usually a belt guard VERY close to the drive pulley on mowers. No room to go larger, unless you remove that.

Why does it need to go faster? Your area must be super smooth. I mow fields with mine so it can go much faster than it can cut.
