I put a box blade on back of my BX2230, and want to leave the mower deck on as I'm just grading my driveway in the next couple weeks. The mower deck is in the "top" position so it doesn't go up and down with the blade. Is it ok to leave the mower suspended for a couple weeks in "top" position? I can't seem to configure it so I can lower the deck all the way down while lowering the box blade all the way down in the "off duty rest position". In other words when the blade is on the ground resting, I take the deck out of "top" position, yet it won't reach the ground due to the blade bottoming out on the ground. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

Should not be a problem.
I leave mine in Top after each mowing.

Your question is exactly *why* there is a Top position. Use it with confidence.

I just had mine in the top position while I moved 90 tons on sand.
