What you see on the first on the first three pictures is the rusted and broken peace where the chute of the bolens st110 mower deck bolts on.

Because the chute wont bolt on correctly this way and it would mowe alot and stuff i decited to cut out the rusted part and weld a new one in.

After i cut it out. I cut out a peace of metal and clampt it in place.

I made some tacwelds and removed the clamp. After i welded it al around, i flipped the deck over and did the same on that that side. Then i took the grinder and grinded it nice and clean.

Then i drilled three holes right next to each other and grinded en filet them out.

Then i bolted everthing togother nice and tight.
