Mowing Mower deck connv

I am interested in getting a finish mower to pull behind the tractor. Easier to unhook and have the tractor free to do other work with a deck hanging on it. I have MMM about 70 inches. Has one ever changed the mmm deck to a rear finishing deck by putting a 3 point on the existing deck?

Or should I sell the deck and start fresh?

I don't know your machine but usually a mid mount mower is geared to work off of a mid pto which is usually around 2000 rpm. The rear is usually 540 rpm. This would require different gearing etc... (complex)
I suspect you may want to sell your mmm deck on ebay and buy a rear mower.

Skip modifying a mmm and go right to buying a new/used finish mower. It would be to much of a hassle to convert a mmm to rfm.

I am not sure if converting would be possible. First is the 540 vs 2000 rpm. Next the gear box would be backward in the RMM position. Then you would have to completely fabricate the mounting brackets. Buy a different deck.
