Model Designation for Cab?

I'm familiar with Kubota's usage of a "C" at the end of the tractor's model number to indicate a cab. I've been trying to figure out if other manufacturers used any letters or numbers to identify their cabbed tractors. So far I haven't been able to decode them. Anyone know how Ford, Deere , Massey, etc might do theirs?

I know that Yanmar lists a C at the end of their model numbers to designate a cab tractor. Not sure about the others.

On at least the later model Branson's, the C is for cab, and an H means HST trans.
