Model 68 new holand baler

My model 68 new holand is not tieing both knots the knoter on the left is only picking up one string and missing the other any suggestion?

One of my first lessons with the NH baler is timing. Everything depends on timing. Start with having the needle, knotter, etc timed correctly. Then, start trouble shooting.
