model 46 baler

Hi thought there would be a thread on this but could not find any. My baler the fly wheel dropped down and rubs on tounge 90wt. oil also leaks out.I was wondering if there is a man. I can pick up on how to replace seal(I think) and the parts I would need.The roof leeked and bill hooks got a little rusty and needs replaced but other than that baler ran good. Thanks for any info or advice Slammer

IH made a great tractor, but they never did figure out how to make a baler worth having. In reality, I am pretty sure that baler never worked right from the day it was new. Get a green baler or the other red (New Holland) baler. You will not regret turning the IH into scrap iron.
