Your Wheel horse is a 1968 Charger 9 (10hp.), I have a Wheel horse master list that shows 2 different 36'' mowers in 1968 with factory id #'s 5-1361 & 5-2361 (these 2 decks are "Rear" Discharge decks). Does your deck still have it's ID tag somewhere? just wondering, because some decks can vary a little or if someone else put a different deck on , you can use the ID tag to reference parts or manuals. I can't say how to level your deck off hand without seeing it or knowing what exactly the deck is for because many of the decks adjusted differently...to some extent.
