My options are to move them and/or bury them and/or bust them up. Same as before except that it's now a bit more clear that busting up is an acceptable option to the client.

Busting up, does that include carting away too. Sounds like an extra. If you can bust them a little to lighten the load then move to another location on the property, that woudn't be too bad. I went back and looked at the original pics. It looks like at least one of them has some pretty hefty cracks in it. Might be possible to split before moving. Either that or you can have a TBN get together in this guys back yard. Everyone has to bring their machine and a hunderd foot piece of chain.:D

Once they are busted up, I'd be allowed to move them or bury them... whatever works best. No need or desire to haul off-site. Yes, the smaller one has cracks in it. I'm confident something can be done with the smaller one. It's the big round one that worries me. :)

Rock drill and some Dexpan will do the trick.

And you can get it on Amazon:cool:

The rock drill with bits and compressor rents for about the same as what the guy with the Deere 310 wants to push them aside. What would you do???

If he will guarentee his price, and will show up to do the job, it's a no brainer, let him move them. Can you leave them above ground at their new location or do you have to bury?

They can be left above ground. There are lots of other rocks above ground. Just can't have them in the area I am clearing.

If a 310 can move them, maybe I should just rent a 310. But I'm not entirely confident that it can.

Good heavens... I can't live here guys. Besides I have good news... Dr let me out of my sling after 4 weeks now that I am back from the doctor...... Now to answer the question.... It's nothing too exciting... They are simply used to attach the hoist hooks to lift it onto the paint line. That's all. Wish it was more exciting than that.... :)

OK, Doug what do I win?

What about Doug's QA trouble? That is what my last cry for help was intended for.
