Mitsubishi MT180 HD

I have an old Mitsubishi which has stood for a few years. On starting I found the oil from the cannister filter on the RHS under the seat spurted oil at a high pressure.
I found the canister filter damaged , so replaced but have the same problem with a new filter. There seems to be a very high pressure within the hydraulic system.
I notice there are high pressure relief valves within the hydraulic system but they seem yo be inaccessible.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Not sure what system you have with the MT180. It comes in 2 transmission offerings.

I also am a Mitsubishi owner.
When shopping for spares Southern Global was a great help.
For one they did not demand pre payment to import the parts I needed plus I had them in hand within a week and I'm in Canada!
